A site audit sorts every issue by how many health points it costs and names the three fixes that recover the most. Your team starts at the top of the list.
Every number says where it came from
Rankings are marked Checked (a live check that day), Estimated (worked out from Search Console between checks) or Held (the last known position carried forward). Something that could not be measured says "not measured" rather than showing a zero.
See the cost before you run it
Paid work is priced in tokens, and every button that spends them states the cost beside it. Nothing paid starts without a button, a failed run is refunded, and reopening a result you already have is free.

Five modules read the same business profile: the Google listing audit, citation checks, a local rank heatmap across the service area, local competitors side by side, and review-based market sentiment.
Ready for AI search
Every site audit includes an AI search health score and shows which AI crawlers the site allows. AI Visibility measures whether AI assistants mention the business, and with Analytics connected, the visits those answers send.

Built for teams that look after many sites
The Dashboard puts every project on one screen: site health, AI search health, tracked keywords, a 30-day average position line and unread alerts, with the projects that need attention first. Alerts arrive once a day after rankings update, so you hear about a ranking drop, a new competitor in the top three or a lost link before the business does.
Prospecting works the same way. A standalone run audits any site, backlink profile or set of directory listings without adding it as a project, so you can check a prospect before the sales call.
Local rankings change street by street
A business can rank first next door and disappear two miles away. The Local Rank Heatmap searches from every point of a grid across the service area and colours each point by rank. It reports the average rank, how many points the business was found at, a visibility score that counts each point more the higher the business ranks there (and not at all outside the top 20), and the competitors that show up most.

Badgerfly is in a private beta. We are inviting a small number of agencies and SEO teams to use the whole product on real work. Badgerfly is built and runs end to end, so the beta is about polishing it and getting the priorities right. Beta accounts are free, with a monthly allowance for real audits, research and tracking, and no cost to you at any point. All we ask for is your honest feedback: what works, what is confusing, and what is missing, so we can make Badgerfly as good as it can be.

What is Badgerfly?

Is it available now?

What are tokens?
The unit paid work is priced in. Every paid action shows its token cost before you run it, and looking at results you already have is free.
Do I need to connect Google?
No. Connecting Search Console adds the site's real search data and lowers the cost of rank tracking. Badgerfly's access to Search Console and Analytics is read-only.
Can I audit a site that is not mine?
