DASHBOARD
An SEO dashboard that puts urgent projects first
Badgerfly's Dashboard is an SEO dashboard for agencies and SEO teams that look after more than one site. Every project in the workspace sits on one screen with its site health, rankings and alerts, and the projects that need attention come first. Open one and Project Overview shows it in detail.

What each project card shows
A project is one business and its site. On the Dashboard each one is a card with:
- Site health, the 0 to 100 score from its latest Site Audit
- AI search health, the separate score for how well the site is built for AI assistants
- Tracked keywords, how many it has in Position Tracker
- A 30-day average position line, so a slide shows before anyone asks
- Pages crawled in the latest audit
- Unread alerts
The card also shows how complete the project profile is, which matters more than it sounds (see below).

The projects that need you come first
The list is not alphabetical. Its default order is needs attention: projects with unread alerts, falling rankings or a broken Google connection rise to the top. For an agency running many sites, that turns the morning check into one look: start at the top card and work down until the cards are quiet.
A side column adds three more things across the whole workspace:
A line at the top says whether Google Search Console and Google Analytics are connected, so a broken connection is never the reason a number went quiet.
- Unread alerts
- The biggest ranking moves of the last 14 days
- What is scheduled: rank checks, audits and monthly reports, with what each run will cost
Project Overview: one project at a glance
Open a project and Project Overview shows it on its own: site health, keyword rankings over the last 90 days, AI visibility and its alerts. It is the screen to open before a call with the business you work for.
Fill in the profile once
Each project has a profile: name, address, phone, category, service areas and competitors, plus former names and old listing addresses if there are any. Every module reads it instead of asking again. Citation Audit uses it to tell the business apart from a similar name two towns over, and Google Business Profile uses it to find the right Google listing. Nothing waits on it: every module runs either way and gets sharper as the profile fills in.
Alerts across every project
Once a day, after rankings update, Badgerfly scans the data it already has and raises alerts for ranking moves, new competitors in the top three, site health changes, new and lost links, new reviews and broken connections. Rules decide how large a change counts, and a new workspace starts with the common rules on. You hear about a drop before the business does. See Tracking and Reports
Check a prospect without adding a project
Not every site belongs on the Dashboard. A standalone run audits any site or business, its backlinks or its directory listings, without making it a project, so a prospect can be checked before the sales call and never clutter the project list. Results are kept, grouped by site. Standalone Runs is part of the Site Audit group. See Site Audit and Standalone Runs

Google connections and separate workspaces
A workspace connects Google Search Console and Google Analytics with one read-only approval, and can connect several Google accounts: each project uses whichever account can read its property. That suits an agency whose properties sit under different logins. Disconnecting cancels the access at Google and keeps the data already imported.
Workspaces are separate. One workspace cannot see another's projects, lists, trackers, audits or reports.
What it costs
The Dashboard and Project Overview show data the modules have already collected, so opening them costs nothing; only the runs in the scheduled column use tokens. How tokens work
Questions
What is an SEO dashboard?
One screen that shows how a site is doing in search. Badgerfly's shows every project in the workspace side by side, so an SEO agency dashboard and a single-site view are the same screen.
Does every project need Search Console connected?
No. Projects work without it. Connecting adds the site's real search data and lowers the cost of rank tracking.
Why is a project at the top of the list?
The default order puts projects with unread alerts, falling rankings or a broken Google connection first.
Can I look at a site without making it a project?
Yes, with a standalone run: a Site Audit, Backlink Audit or Citation Audit on any site or business.
