Beta access

PRIVATE BETA

Help us finish Badgerfly

Badgerfly is an SEO platform for agencies, freelancers and in-house SEO teams, and it is in a private beta. We are inviting a small number of practitioners to use the whole product on real work and tell us what works and what does not. Beta accounts are free, with a monthly allowance for real audits, research and tracking, and no cost to you at any point. Badgerfly is built and runs end to end, so the beta is about polishing it and getting the priorities right.

The request form opens here soon. Until then, email us your name, your agency or team, whether you work at an agency, in-house or freelance, and how many sites you manage. The button opens an email with those four lines ready to fill in.

Or write to contact@geeksandme.com (Geeks and Me LLC, the company that makes Badgerfly).

What testers get

Everything the product does, free for as long as the beta runs.

  • The whole product. Every module, from Site Audit and Keyword Research to the Local Rank Heatmap, Position Tracker, AI Visibility and Reports.
  • Reports in your own brand. Reports and audit PDFs carry your logo and colours (white label, with no Badgerfly watermark), with share links and monthly repeat reports.
  • 3 seats, so teammates can join your workspace.
  • A free account, with no cost to you at any point.
  • A monthly allowance of tokens for real audits, research and tracking on sites you work on.
  • A direct line to us. What you tell us shapes what we fix and build next.

What we ask

Use it on real work, and tell us honestly when something is wrong, confusing or missing. That is the whole deal. Honest feedback is what will make Badgerfly as good as it can be.

Who we are inviting

Badgerfly is built for SEO practitioners: agencies, freelancers and in-house SEO teams. We ask whether you work at an agency, in-house or freelance, and how many sites you look after, so we can choose who to invite first.

How invites work

  1. Email us at the address above with your name, your agency or team, and how many sites you manage.
  2. Get your invite. When a place opens, we email you a single-use invite code. It expires after 14 days.
  3. Sign up with the link and code in your invite email, then add your first project.

We do not promise a date. Places open a few at a time.

Connecting Google Search Console and Google Analytics is optional. It adds a site's real search data and lowers the cost of rank tracking, and Badgerfly's access is read-only.

Questions

Does the beta cost anything?

No. Beta accounts are free, with a monthly allowance of tokens for real audits, research and tracking, and no cost to you at any point. Every paid action shows its token cost before you run it, so you can see what it uses from your allowance. A failed run is refunded, and reopening a result you already have uses nothing.

What happens after the beta?

No card is needed, and nothing is charged automatically. We will tell you before Badgerfly starts charging, and your projects stay in your workspace.

How long until I get an invite?

We cannot promise a date. Invites go out a few at a time, and we email you when your place opens.

What if my invite code expires?

Codes expire after 14 days. Write to contact@geeksandme.com (Geeks and Me LLC is the company that makes Badgerfly) and we will look at sending a new one.

Can I use it on sites I do not own?

Yes, as a project or a standalone run. The crawler, BadgerflyBot, identifies itself and obeys robots.txt. About BadgerflyBot

Where do I send feedback?

To contact@geeksandme.com. Your invite email also says where to send it.
