FOR AGENCIES AND SEO TEAMS
SEO software for agencies that look after many sites
Badgerfly is SEO software for agencies, freelancers and in-house SEO teams who look after more than one site. Every project sits on one dashboard with the ones that need a look first, alerts arrive once a day, prospects can be audited without making a project, and reports and audit PDFs go out in your own brand.

Know which project needs you today
The Dashboard puts every project in the workspace on one screen. Each project is a card with its site health score, AI search health score, tracked keywords, a 30-day average position line, pages crawled and unread alerts. Projects with unread alerts, falling rankings or a broken Google connection come first, so the list opens on the work that matters today.
A side column lists the unread alerts, the biggest ranking moves of the last 14 days and what is scheduled to run.
Hear about it before the business you work for does
Once a day, after rankings update, Alerts scans the data Badgerfly already holds and raises an alert for:
Rules decide how large a change counts, and a new workspace starts with the common rules on. Checking for alerts costs no tokens, and alerts can also be sent to a webhook.
- a ranking move up or down
- a new competitor in the top three
- a change in site health
- new and lost links, including a link you paid for that has disappeared
- a new review on a watched Google listing
- a Google connection that needs reconnecting
Audit a prospect before the sales call
Standalone Runs check any site or business without adding it to your project list: a Site Audit, a Backlink Audit or a Citation Audit on a prospect, a competitor or a one-off look. The result opens on the module's own page and is kept, grouped by site, so a second run sits next to the first. A standalone run costs the same as the same run for a project, and nothing is scheduled or tracked.
For a wider look, Domain Overview sizes up any domain on one screen: search traffic, keywords, links and competitors, including local competitors on Google Maps. When a prospect becomes a business you work for, add it as a project to track it over time.

Reports and audit PDFs in your own brand
Reports are built from data the modules have already collected, so building one runs nothing new and uses no tokens. Start from a template (monthly SEO overview, local SEO, technical audit, or rankings and backlinks) or a blank page, then drag blocks onto pages: charts, tables, headline numbers and your own text. Add your logo and colours, download a PDF, share it by link, or have a fresh one made each month.
In the beta, reports and site audit PDFs are white label: your logo and colours, with no Badgerfly watermark. Share links and monthly repeat reports are included, so Badgerfly works as a white label SEO audit tool and reporting tool for the businesses you look after.

What the business you work for receives
A finished report opens on a cover in your brand, with a short summary, the site health and AI search health scores, and the ranking headlines, followed by pages on visitors, rankings and site health.
The sample below uses a made-up agency and a made-up business, so you can see the whole report before you build your own.

Your team in one workspace
A workspace has one owner, plus admins and members. Members run every module and spend tokens. Admins can also manage billing, Google connections and the member list, and the owner also manages admins and roles. Teammates are invited by email: each invite link is for one address and one role, and lasts 14 days. The beta includes 3 seats, and access covers the whole workspace, so everyone on the team works on the same projects.
One profile per project, read by every module
Add a business once and fill in its project profile: name, address, phone, category, service areas, competitors, and any former names or old addresses. Every module reads it instead of asking again. Citation Audit uses it to tell the project's listings apart from a similarly named business two towns over, and a former address turns a stale listing into a finding instead of a puzzle. The same profile feeds the local modules, so a heatmap scan of the service area already knows which business to look for.
Moving your agency to Badgerfly
You can bring earlier work with you:
Each project's profile is filled in once, and every module reads it from then on.
- Rank history. Position Tracker imports earlier rankings from a CSV (keyword, date, position and, if you have it, the URL) or from another rank tracker's Excel export. Imported rows never overwrite a position Badgerfly checked itself.
- Links. Backlinks takes Search Console's "Top linking sites" CSV.
- Pages and keywords. Keyword Cannibalization takes a CSV of URLs and keywords.
- Search data. Search Console and Analytics data comes in through the read-only Google connection.
See the cost before you run it
Paid work is priced in tokens, and every button that spends them states the cost beside it. Nothing paid starts without a button. A failed run is refunded, reopening a result you already have is free, and scheduled work says what each run costs. If the workspace runs out of tokens, scheduled work pauses and resumes on its own once tokens are added. Nothing is lost.
Every workspace kept separate
A workspace is your account. One workspace cannot see another's projects, keyword lists, trackers, audits or reports. Google Search Console and Google Analytics connect with one read-only approval, and a workspace can connect several Google accounts, with each project using whichever account can read its property.

For freelancers and in-house teams too
Badgerfly is an SEO platform for agencies, and the same tools work for one person or one site. It calls each business a project, so it reads correctly for a freelancer with a handful of sites and for an in-house team working on its own.
Help shape it
Badgerfly is in a private beta. Beta accounts are free, with a monthly allowance for real audits, research and tracking, and no cost to you at any point. All we ask for is your honest feedback.
Questions
Is Badgerfly SEO software for agencies only?
No. The Dashboard across every project, daily alerts, standalone runs for prospects and branded reports are made for teams with many sites, and every module works the same for a freelancer or an in-house team with one site.
Can reports carry my agency's brand?
Yes. In the beta, reports and site audit PDFs carry your logo and colours with no Badgerfly watermark, and you can share them by link or have them made again each month.
Can I audit a prospect without making a project?
Yes, with a standalone run: a Site Audit, Backlink Audit or Citation Audit on any site or business. The crawler, BadgerflyBot, identifies itself and obeys robots.txt. About BadgerflyBot
