The way to reach Badgerfly is by email, at contact@badgerfly.com. Use it for questions about the product or the private beta, for beta feedback, and for anything about BadgerflyBot visiting your site.
Questions about Badgerfly or the beta
Ask about a module, the beta or your account. To join the beta, the quickest route is the beta page.
Beta feedback
If you are testing Badgerfly, tell us what is wrong, confusing or missing. A screenshot and the page you were on help us find it fast.
BadgerflyBot and your site
BadgerflyBot is Badgerfly's crawler. It visits a site only when a Badgerfly user asks for something about that site, such as a site audit or a check that a link is still in place. To report a problem or ask us to stop visiting a site, email us with your domain and, if you can, the time and the User-Agent from your logs. To block it yourself, use robots.txt.
Badgerfly is made by Geeks and Me LLC, a Mississippi company. Post reaches us at Geeks and Me LLC, 5851 US Highway 11, PO Box #1053, Purvis, MS 39475.
